sqlite upgrade

I just downloaded and installed WAMP (2.0) and noticed that it comes with sqlite 2.8.17. Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade to a newer version of sqlite? If it's possible, any help would be great. I'm about to start developing a new application and WAMP would be great, but I need a newer version of sqlite.

Thanks, Brad

You mean the web-based manager?

if you do, the files for the web-based manager are at: WAMPFOLDER/apps/sqlitemanager1.2.0

SQLite is built in PHP, so if you want to upgrade, you might have to re-compile PHP w/ latest sqlite or install sqlite3 to run side-by side w/ sqlite2. If you decide to go w/ option, post here how it goes ;-)
