WampServer

Hi, I recently installed wampserver 2 and it is working great! I initially set it up for purely localhost connection. However, I realized that I need one other computer to be able to access the database on my computer. So I need to enable remote access on mysql. I was actually looking for the .conf file where I need to change the bind address to my ip address and comment the skip networking line. Unfortunately i cant find the file. Can you plz help! Also can you please let me know if my method of enabling remote acess and allowing outside computer into my local mysql is correct?
