Issue with FF3, IE7 and WAMP

Hi, I'm having an issue with between FF3, IE7 and WAMP.

Wamp is a script package to work offline (no internet). However with FireFox 3 and Internet Explorer 7 I keep getting the following message:

The browser is operating in its offline mode and cannot connect to the requested item.
* Is the computer connected to an active network?
* Place the browser in online mode and try again.

Has anyone encountered this sort of problem?
