Apache will not start

I had 2.0c working fine yesterday, went to start wamp this morning and MySQL starts, but Apache will not and I'm stuck at yellow. I've tried started apache from the manager Start Service as well as from the command prompt. But I am not seeing any errors in the log files, it says port 80 is available, but apache just will not start nor give me an error why.

I also tried dumping the database for back up, deleting everything and reinstalling, and Apache still doesn't start after a reinstall.

I am on XP Pro.

No new software was installed. It did have a hard crash when the machine lost power. When I booted it the next time, no apache.
