WampServer

Hi,

My wampserver is working great on 4 of my sites, but doesn't work for 2 of them.
For these 2 I get

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I do find a folder called logs with a file called httpd.pid and if I open it in notepad I see 3692.

I don't see anything in the 2 index pages that is any different from the 4 that work, but I guess there must be something.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

That error tells me that your .htaccess files on those sites are configured incorrectly

Either: Fix it or Delete the .htaccess files

then it should work

GREAT, thanks, that was the problem, I deleted the .htaccess file from my local disk and it now works.

I will now look more into properly configuring the .htaccess file.
