WampServer

I cannot install sobi2 (through joomla 1.5.3 admin, legacy mode on, other smaller components can be easily downloaded) on my local host anyway (WampServer downloaded last week).

the installation seems to be "stopped" by WampServer after 30 sec.

Is it possible to be the case??

How the "expiratory s30 sec setting" can be changed.

its in php.ini file its called max_execution_time

ok, I have done it. Changed both php.ini to 400:

max_execution_time = 400 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
max_input_time = 400 ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data

memory_limit = 128M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (128M

still I can not load the component

??

put in 0 , this is unlimited... Just to test if thts the problem
