Hi!!
actually u need to activate specific PHP extension to work with the stuff u are trying..
This wil help you out--

Do left click on WAMP icon located in your taskbar

PHP settiings->PHP extensions->select php_mycrypt
this will load the required extension.
for more queries you can revert back...
