WampServer

Hi!
I have a small problem with my wampserver, latest version. I installed and it worked perfectly for a time, but then a couple days later, I loaded it, and although the services said they were running, localhost was simply a blank white page.
Does anyone know why and how this is happening?

i installed the last version of wamp... everything seems work fine, i can acces phpmyadmin correctly and all seems fine, but when i try to access my databases from an external aplication like MySQL GIU or Dreamweaver, it don't let me access my databases if is not in the root account. and MYySQL GUI says it "can't find the service or configuration data" ..... i don't know if i have done something wrong or must do something else to allow the service work fine...i'm not a pro on mysql ahdling.. just call some databases and a few commands so i don't know what to do... by the way, this issue didn't happen to me with older versions of WAMP
