Yes .The easiest way is to move 'start wampserver' from the wampserver folder on the start>program menu
and drag it into the startup folder on ur start>program menu
But this starts up only when you log in and not when windows starts up.
The other way which should work as soon as windows welcome screen displays is to go start>run> type in 'services.msc' and press enter
scroll down to the two servcies
wampapache
wampmysql
right click them and select properties.
on the general tab change startup from manual to automatic.
also there is a log on tab which u can supply a password and it will start it up with out needing to be logged in
