How do i put my wamp server online

I am using tata broadband and i am new in php mysql. i want to online my wamp server.
I know it is not a very difficult question but i don't know how to do this.

My IP address from [www.whatismyip.com] is 59.184.43.110.

plz help me to solve this problem.

You have to enable port 80 in all firewalls, routers, and put your server in online mode. For detail, you can check Setup LAN & Worldwide Access guide on my personal website
