New to Wamp and need help

Trying to create a database....
When I try to open the phpMyAdmin page, i get an error "You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server."...please help...

Are you access it from different computer? By default, it's blocked from outside access and you should keep it that way for your own security

No, just running it on my computer offline...
