Enabling php_tidy on WAMP2

I've been trying to enable php_tidy for the longest time. I uncommented php_tidy.dll in the php.ini file, and uncommented other sections wherever tidy is.

Can someone PLEASE walk me through how to get php_tidy working on WAMP?
