Domain name shows the ip instead

I installed wamp5 on my second computer and i got it up and running but why is my ip showing when i go to [my_domain_name.com] instead it shows [0.0.0.0] .... why ??
any help would be nice.
oh my ip is dynamic and all ports are offered to me open so i know it all works but it can be dynamic ip address conflicting or is there away to host it better so my domain name shows up and not my dynamic ip ...any help would be helpful.

Did you setup dns for your domain yet?

no i guess my registar has dns but how do i set up dns on my second pc with the wamp5 running
