Port 80 don't works!!

when i try to enter my site, it works, but when somebody else tries to enter my site, don't works. Can somebody help me?? pls... I think that something (virus, spyware) is blocking the port. I'm using nod32 v3 and spyware doctor 4. Thanks for help!

What is the URL?
How do you know the problem is the port?
What is the error visitor gets?
Is HTTP Server (aka: Apache) running?
When you access site, do you use FQDN or localhost/IP?
An URL to visit could be a good start

The url is: [exhaust.ath.cx] , when i open localhost or [exhaust.ath.cx] in firefox, it works , but when somebody else opens exhaust.ath.cx the following error occures: The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. I'm running the latest Wampserver, v. 2b
