MYSQL Permission Forbidden(403 Error)

I installed WAMP on my server.Its working properly on localhost.I am trying to access it from another computer using the IP address of the computer.The APACHE and the PHP services are working from another computer and I get the apache home page but when I click on the phpmyadmin link it gives an error saying forbidden error i.e HTTP 403 ( Forbidden ) error.

Can anybody please help me out.

Actaully the problem is that it is working when I type [localhost] but is does not works when I write [192.168.0.10] . This is IP address of my computer.
