PSE HELP NEWBI HOWTO GIVE PHP PAGES EXECUTION AND FILE CREATION RIGHTS ???

I have managed to set up the WAMP server according the fine instalation documentaton.

But now I have a problem because on some of my pages there will be a upload from a online flightsim server - also running on the same comp as WAMP.
And in the installation manual for this it tells me that i have to:
"GIVE PHP PAGES EXECUTION AND FILE CREATION RIGHTS"

How do i do this or has PHP theese rights already in the pages under www\.

I have read something about CHMOD but dont know how to use it here.

So any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

If you have set up the virtual host for the folder where your application is stored, you do not have to worry about the access rights. CHMOD is used in the Unix/Linux environment.
