Menu does not work on Vista x64

I'm running Vista Ultimate, 64 bit edition. The latest release of WAMP appears to work, as I am getting my website shown. However, the menu does not work. Neither the left nor right mouse click will display a menu.

The solution in thread [forum.wampserver.com] seems to have solved it.
