Where and how might I add new services and activity monitoring services to wamp?

alright, I do understand HOW to add services, I'm just wondering is there some kind of 'update' needed to WAMP....

well... I'm not just installing perl... I'm installing Mercury Mail Transport, Mod_Python, OpenSSL, mod_ssl, Webalizer, NetWare Systems v3.32, Ming, JpGraph, FileZilla FTP Server, mcrypt, eAccelerato...

thats gonna be alot, but I just want the basic idea of installing a new service to WAMP....
