WampServer

When I start wamp it goes to yellow then stops there until I end mysqld-nt.exe But the problem is I can not connect to the local host. Is mysqld-nt.exe to blame? I don't have avg and pctools firewall lets me connect and I changed the ports in http.conf to 8008 and then 8080 and I also checked and before I changed them If checked and port 80 was open and it was. But I looked at active process in PC tools firewall and Generic host processes for win 32 was listening to locahost on ports 123 1900 and 135 is that whats blocking it?
