access to phpmyadmin

How can i access PHPMYADMIN from other computer into my lan
I have instal wamp in my computer serrvidor with SO. XP, and i need access PHPMYADMIN to maneger my data bases from other computer with OS W98, in my lan.
The system respond: You dont have permission to view this page .

please help me

Wamp Menu > Apache > Alias > Phpmyadmin >edit Alias >
