WampServer

hi guys,
i've been using wampserver 1.7.4. for like 6 months now. last week i uninstalled it to instal wampserver 2. there were nothing wrong with the installation. but every time i wanted to test my php site, apache server were stopped and shutdown. so i decide to go back to the 1.7.4 version but eversince i still getting the same error message.

i looked at the error log and i saw this:
