How to allow access in local network?

Hi, this is my first post in this forum. I'm using WAMP5. I've two coumputer in network one server where WAMP5 is installed and another computer. Before WAMP5 i was using manually installed apache, mysql and php. I've problem to access projects of server.
i've tried to see the site of server using following

[server]

but i encounter forbidden error. What should be changed to see the site in .htaccess?
Any help is highly appriciated. I've google for this topic and searched in this forum too but could not find solution...
