WampServer

Installed WAMP 2.0 due to work making me use XP.
With a linux background i was suspicious at first, but now VERY IMPRESSED -Good Tool!

Unfortunately was working yesterday and now not working.... wouldn't start etc, nothing in the logs (similar to other post).

However i have found that on my system it was SKYPE that stopped it. They two wont run at the same time.
If i stop skype (fully exit) and then start WAMP, and THEN start skype, it works. But if Skype running first, then WAMP wont start.

System is XP pro SP2. Skype version is 3.6.0

I hope this helps someone and also maybe the WAMP devs may be able see what port or other thing Skype is conflicting on.

Yep, you can have them both as long as you set different port for skype as follows:

File -> Options -> Connection -> Uncheck "Use port 80 as an alternative for..."
