WampServer

I have installed wampserver version 5 however when I try to log into myphpadmin i will get the 403 FORBIDDEN error...
'Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server.'

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to resolve this problem.

By default, phpmyadmin and sqlitemanager are blocked from outside access, and you should keep it that way for your own security

But this is on localhost.... and not outside access....

Is it on the computer you install wamp or on your LAN? If on LAN, it still consider from outside
