phpmyadmin folder not visible from remote computer

Using the Wampserver 2.0 tray icon, I put my server online...

Every thing is working as expected as long as I browse to [localhost] from the server itself.
When I try to browse to [www.mysite.com] from another computer I get a 403 forbidden error. I can't find anything in config.inc.php or httpd.conf that is blocking access to [www.mysite.com], but it's not letting me in.

Any suggestions?

By default, phpmyadmin and sqlitemanager are blocked from outside access, and you should keep them that way for your own security

I realize this is a security feature, but the setup requires access from a remote host.

Where is this restriction applied?

You can change the permissions from the alias section of the menu
