add-on php 5.1.6 fails to load php_sqlite.dll and php_perl.dll

I am sure this has been up before but I couldn't find a related topic with search. When I start wampserver2 I get two error messages with the message failed to load php_sqlite not found when I look in my ext folder thay are their why is that do I need to alter a file or something?
