Wamp Server "Yellow" and Offline - Localhost blank

Hey.
First of all I want to say that the documentation about WAMP sucks! No manual or anything. How do they expect everyone to understand all of this!?
But yes: My WAMP5 server is offline whit this lock on it and a 2/3 yellow background in the tray. Yesterday it worked fine, but today it is only offline. How can I get it working and the localhost page visible?

Off-line for your computer access only and on-line for LAN and global access, and they are nothing to do w/ wamp works or not, so you might track back to undo what you've done to get it back to work

Yesterday I got it working again once. But today it's again the same porblem!

I have similar problem
localhost works with IE but i have blank page with firefox

ps I have Win Vista 32bit

Same here, I get a blank page from firefox and an error message from ie. Dial only goes to yellow. Just decides to do it randomly, was working last night. Sometimes seems to work if I back up my projects, uninstall every trace of it and reinstall. But then sometimes it doesn't. Its really starting to piss me off so if anyone has any ideas on how to fix it it would REALLY be appreciated.

Think i just figured it out, just tried reinstalling and rebooting as said above which didn't work. I then tried disabling all non essential applications in my system tray. I had skype and steam running and after turning them off wamp started working again immediately. Hope this helps.

open skype >tools>options>connection>advanced(below connection when u click on it) and then untick "use port 80 and 443 as alternative", shut down skype, then restart wamp before skype
