WAMP Apache no longer starting.

Hi everyone,

First post here, with something that I'm baffled by.

I have been using WAMP 1.6.6 for about 5 months now and everything has been running smoothly. I have had great success with it, until now.

I went home over the weekend, leaving my computer to update a few things and crunch some numbers. When I came in today, Tuesday, I restarted my machine for a clean start.

The apache no longer starts, no matter what I do. The apache logfile in the wampfolder only has details dating to the restart on Friday.

Any ideas, anyone?

Managed to crack this one. It turned out windows-IIS was taking port 80 on startup.

I'm just trying to track down where on earth that came from.
