can't access phpmyadmin

Hello, i'm a newbie so my question could be obvious :-) I have installed WAMP on a Wndows XP with a public IP, and I cannot access the phpmyadmin control panel from a remote access. I can access teh WAMP5 Home Page, but when i click on the phpmyadmin tool link i get the message: "You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server." Same apples to the sqlitemanager. You can see here: [192.168.10.16] and here the error: [192.168.10.16] May be i should modify the httpd.con file? Where? Someone can help me?

For your own security, phpmyadmin and sqlitemanager are blocked from outside access, even from LAN, and you should keep it that way for your safety
