WampServer

Hello!

I've been using WAMP alot and I really like it.

But anyway, the newest wamp won't work. Well it works but I can't go into [localhost] and the wampimage down in the statusbar (the same area as the clock), is just yellow. And I've restarted all services alot of times, restarted wamp and restarted my computer. But it still won't work!

It worked earlier this evning and worked just fine, but then after a quick computerrestart it suddenly stopped working.

When I put try to pu the wampserver online, I get an errormessage that says: "Could not execute menu item (internal error)
[Exception] Could not perform service action:
Tjänsten har inte startats (The service has not been started)".

I don't know, maybe a file is missing in my wampdir.

I have these files:

* barimage.bmp
* images_off.bmp
* images_on.bmp
* license.txt
* unins000.dat
* unins000.exe
* uninstall_services.bat
* wampmanager.conf
* wampmanager.exe
* wampmanager.ini
* wampmanager.tpl

And I have these dirs:

* alias
* apps
* bin
* help
* lang
* logs
* scripts
* tmp
* www

I'll be very pleased if someone could help me!

Well nevermind, Skype was blocking port 80. )

Yep, either you start wamp before skype or better setup skype using different port as follows

File -> Options -> Connection -> Uncheck "Use port 80 as an alternative for..."

After installing Xampp while i still had WampServer installed. since then my apache service has refused to start.

The error is: could not execute menu item (internal error) [exception] could not perform service action: the pipe state is invalid

Please help

Now my wamp won't work again ;s And I don't have Skype online. I think it's my apache that's little crazy.
When I choose "Test port 80" it says that port 80 is not in use.

Please help (

Mean that it worked before and you must did something recently to make it stop working, for example, edit config file, install new soft, so on, so make sure to undo what you did 1 by 1 to find out which is the cause
