mysql service won't work! help!

Hello guys!
im sorry to bother you but i have a problem which i must resolve ASAP.
I installed WampServer 2 andall services start except MySql.
this is what i get when try accesing phpMyAdmin.

Hope you didn't upgrade it since it's not upgradable. If you had previous version, you have to uninstall, delete wamp folder, clean wampapache and wampmysql in registry before installing wamp 2
