Hi everyone,

I am using dreamweaver to write php scripts.
However i tried loads of sample php scripts to see if i was getting connected to mysql.

Can anyone tell me how to connect php and mysql .. could anyone give any info about what kind of settings i need to do ? perhaps it would be great if you could give a sample connection script that works

I am using wamp5 .. so basically all services are on : apache, php and mysql.

You may want to start with the procedural style, get it working and then proceed to the object oriented style.
