WampServer

I'm having real trouble forcing WAMP 5.173 to use a specific network card( IP) on my PC, I have been able to get Apache and MySQL services running, but when i try to open localhost, it doesn't work. After editiing the httpd.conf file back to the original "LISTEN 80" state and restart the services, everything works fine?!

What else could I try

this Computer has a seperate instance of MySQL running on a different port, as well as IIS, but that does not interfere as far as I can see.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
