Error with PHP! help is needed!

Hello!

I need help, my problem is the PHP file is ERROR page, blank page!
The Error number is 500 .
What can i do?
I use the latest version of WAMP 5,
and I use Windows Vista ultimate.
What is the problem?
please help me with easily answers.

You might have that problem due to improper installation, so you might want to back up your data, uninstall wamp and check my site for easy step-by-step installation guide
