I have a problem with phpMyAdmin

ok, my problem is that, i can't initiate phpMyAdmin, because it leaves east error:

Error

MySQL say:

#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
but, my config.inc.php file this correctly configured, with user and password.
Yesterday, it worked correctly, but today not....=(

Helpmeee...pleaseee...
