WAMP5 error in WP function.php

Hi, I've been using Wamp 5 for local Wordpress development and been very pleased with the results. Thanks for making such an excellent tool for us! It's easier to work with than my Plesk-driven VPS lol.

Anyways, I recently came across an error when using two purchased Wordpress themes. They work fine on the VPS, but on WAMP they crash Wordpress hard with the error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in C:\wamp\www\talentisewp\wp-content\themes\theme361\functions.php on line 39

Can you help me figure out why this is happening? I'm modifying the themes and it would be much much easier to work on them locally instead of having to constantly upload the changed files to test them, especially since I need to do so with 3 different browsers lol.

Thanks in advance for any help!
D
