i have 2 partitions on my disk, one with wibndows and all the stuff and one with wamp server and ftp server (filezilla).
is this more secure to protect me from hackers to work with two partitions?

No, no... Instead put on D:, put all in portable usb and carry it with you all the time.

This NAS drive allows you to access from anywhere even when computer is off. Cool, huh? Especially when it's for only $80. ;-)
Honestly, I don't think your setup is good enough, but I'm still considering myself a noob, so I leave this matter for experts who might give you very good "expert" suggestions.
