WampServer

hello people!

i have installed on an new server the new Wampserver.
all services are running well.

phpmyadmin is working good etc.

but when i want to make an page inlog site,
e.a. phpauthent for example, i can make the SQL database
and i can go to the inlog page, but ehen i put the username
and password, i get the message "http 404 error - you are not allowed to see this page - forbidden.

on my own server here at home i have make the same site and there it is working.

i remember i have to set an little option, but i don't know anymore where.

where i have set the permission to can login and logout with PHP?

have i somewhere to change in: httpd.conf, or in php.ini, or in my.ini

Please help me, it's look it is an simple option i think.

my system what i have make new is:

Windows XP Pro
with the new wampserver from here
and all firewall settings are good

What is the problem i have?
