In my php.ini i have set:
extension=php_fileinfo.dll

Also i have tried to set:

;Magic mime database
mime_magic.magicfile = "C:\wamp\php\extras\magic.mime"

Also with finfo_open i have tried to set the entire path as extra paramater, but it will always return false.. i tried downloading new extension, other .mime fiel renaming magic.mime to magic.. and nothing seems to work

what exactly are you trying do do?
