Hello, all. I hope someone here can help.

I've previously installed WAMP on XP machines and things work perfectly, but I've recently installed it on a new laptop with Vista Home Premium and all seems to work except ... and this is a big except ... PHP include files.

By that, I mean any PHP/HTML file that I "include" into a PHP file does not show (or, technically, it isn't included at all).

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?

Eureka!

I figured it out.

I checked to see if the server was "PUT ONLINE" ... and it wasn't.

I checked on short tags to see if they were on in php.ini and turned them on, and things are working now. I generally don't use short tags, but I must have had some in there that I didn't realize.
