"Privileges - Add new user" doesn't work

I'm new in this.

Many things in phpmyadmin don't work. I click buttons or links like "Add new user" but they don't work. The page is shows equal after clicking.

Also, when I click the button to generate a query, the page is reloaded, but nothing changes.

Does anyone now the problem?

I solved it. I did system restart and then it worked perfect
