403 issues w/latest WAMP

I was just wondering if anyone came up with a concise solution for the 403 errors in the latest version of Wamp.

I did some research but wasn't able to come to any useful conclusions, as I'm not an Apache expert.

Still using 1.6.5 until I find a more definite answer..
