Nothing happens when I goto LocalHost

When I click on LocalHost the browser is blank with the message 'Waiting for LocalHost' .
It never loads.
Also when I 'Test Port 80'. Nothing happens. Only the display 'Your port 80 is actually used by' and blank. Nothing.
Initially it was coming up Your Port 80 is actually used by Microsoft - IIS /5.1 etc
I turned the service IIS off.
I turned off my firewall, antivirus, antispyware. Nothing??
Any Ideas??

do you have windows firewall running? make sure you enable apache and mysql for win firewall it is is enabled.
are you on lan/network? if so check out the setting up apache on a network section of my wamp manual (link to manual is in my sig).
