impossible to tell what the problem is when you dont give any info? error message? steps you took? anything?

Exit wamp, then make sure to enable port 80 in firewalls (and router if want to access from outside LAN), then restart wamp and try again.

Did you install Wamp AND Apache? If so wamp includes Apache, so the seprate Apache is not needed.
