WampServer

I install wamp 5 and it seem fine but when i try to access any web page (index.php) or other it not working .
wamp5 icon tray report that all services are running but i can't get to the localhost or phpMyAdmin or SQLiteManager by using the wamp5 control or by typing in the web browser any idea?

I already try to reinstall or using the 217.0.0.1 address instead of localhost.
