Images not displaying over the net

I was wondering if someone could please visit [geengyr.mine.nu] and tell me why pictures/formatting are not being displayed over the network? Do i need to set folder permissons?

How do I set folder permissions in Vista?

The problem might be the conflict b/w IIS and wamp, since your site is running on IIS while your files, if I'm not wrong, is saving in wamp document root.
