changing install_services.bat

Is there any way that i might be able to change the install_services.bat to instead of running under the local system it would run under a specific user?

i think i would just need to change something in this line, but i'm not sure

reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wampapache /V Start /t REG_DWORD /d 3 /f
