Hello

i have my site www.turbov6camaro.com host with I-power-web. Kinda tired of paying for space on the web.

I know I'll loose speed to people by hosting it myself. but It's not a big deal.

Now i have vista will your stuff install/run on vista?

if not i have spare AMD 3800 I'm going to build a cheap PC with that to be the sever. i'm going to do this anyway i would like it to work on vista till i can biuld that one

the other thing I'm worried about is my email will i still be able to send/receive email?

i really don't know anything about apache or PHP or anything like that, that is not to say i can't learn it. but for now i just need to get my page up like it is now thats all i;m really worried about.

any info or advice you have is welcome.

Hello,

During install of WAMP I never got this dialog where I could state that I want to grant permission to Apache and MySQL. However I did not test port 80 in advance. Can you help me please with some more details.

At the moment I even start thinking of going back to XP. Runnign WAMP on XP works at least.
