Why won't wamp work?

OK, I am using Windows Vista and for some reason I can't get wamp going. It installed with no errors, but since windows is very secure about stuff I am not sure if it is Windows or Wamp itself...

I'm afraid there is nothing wrong w/ either, but you might be missing something in installation or/and setup. Anyway, you might be interested to check out my site for the idea
