Installed but no services running

I'm on a Windows NT machine running TrendMicro virus and firewall. I installed Wamp Server 5, but when I try to start the services it shows one starting and then it pops back to none.

Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

How do I know that the intallation was complete, is there a guide?
